Camelia is the co-founder of Noctua Legal. Camelia previously practiced law independently. Her practice specializes in real estate law, mortgages, wills, trusts and estate planning, incapacity mandates/procurations and wedding ceremonies. Camelia also advises clients on corporate law matters.
With a background in electromechanical engineering focused on scientific principles and a penchant for mathematics, the legal field was not initially on Camelia’s radar. However, during her years in the financial services industry as a Mortgage Specialist, she developed a particular interest in notarial law, drawn to the art of negotiation, counsel, and drafting agreements between parties. Driven by a curious and determined mind, Camelia has always been motivated by continuous learning and expanding her knowledge. As a result, she has gained expertise in accounting, real estate, and financial services throughout her career.
