Sabrina's practice focuses primarily on tax law, with a particular emphasis on tax and estate planning, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. She also has extensive experience representing taxpayers before tax authorities in corporate and personal income tax matters, including tax audits and objections, collections and voluntary disclosures.
Prior to joining Noctua Legal, Sabrina was a tax lawyer for a major national accounting firm.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Major in Accounting from McGill University, as well as a Master's degree in Taxation in progress from HEC Montréal.
